Yellowtail Stay..
- Yellowtail Stay accommodation is on Bald Hill at Stanwell Tops, NSW. Across the road are views of the rugged North Illawarra coastline and Sea Cliff Bridge. The sight is often dotted with hang gliders taking off and soaring along the escarpment. It is considered one of the great views in Australia

- We are on the Southern End of The Royal National Park, on The Grand Pacific Drive and the soon to be, Grand Pacific Walk. About a 5 minute drive will get you to the rain forrest surrounded Stanwell Park Beach, other patrolled beaches, wedding venues, The Tops Centre and cafes. Iconic venues such as The Scarborough Hotel are a further 10 minutes across The Sea Cliff Bridge with Symbio Wildlife Park, golf courses and Darkes Forrest orchards are a 5-10 minutes. Otford Valley Horse Riding is on our boundary, as is the start/finish of The Coast Track.                                                                                                 Â
- Wollongong is 40 minutes to the south, and the Sydney CBD, 1 hour to the north.                                  Â
- Attached to our residence is a Motel Style room, (The Top Room) and two Studio Apartments, (The Courtyard Room and The Red Room). All have totally independent access, though we do meet most of our guests. The rooms have their own bathroom, kitchenette and BBQ, with outside entertainment areas, a pizza oven, and a fire pit.
- It is a spectacular location set on one and a half acres of rolling gardens and a dam. We have no neighbours except eucalyptus forrest, chirping birds, croaking frogs, and munching wallabies and deer.
- Prices range from $115 to $140 (breakfast is NOT supplied) per night depending on the season. A kitchenette with basic cooking facilities (incl. microwave), tea, coffee and condiments are found in each room.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Beautiful rain forrest walks are all around Yellowtail Stay as well as spectacular drives north and south.

Privacy
All rooms have their own bathroom and private entrances separate to the main house so they can be easily entered and exited at will. Keys are waiting for you, so you can even enter without meeting the hosts, if you wish. We have no neighbours & are surrounded by bush.
PRICES
Prices vary according to the room, length of stay and the season, - ranging from the $115 to $145 per night.

Location
1.8km from Otford Railway Station & a 5 minutes drive to Helensburgh shops, Stanwell Park Beach, coffee shops & Stanwell Tops. The road to the beach & wedding venues are not suitable for walking so Yellowtail Stay is a little isolated without a car. A small takeaway cafe is found across the road at Bald Hill
What is Supplied
TV and player, A/C , free WiFi, crockery & cutlery, microwave, toaster, fridge, tea & coffee facilities. BBQ, our one acre backyard and a laundry are available. Towels and linen are supplied. There is enough parking for one car per room.

No Breakfast Supplied. But...
Each room has facilities to prepare breakfast, as well, there are many quality breakfast venues within a short drive and a take away across the road at Bald Hill.
The Top Room
The Top Room is a motel style room with a double bed, and bathroom with basic food preparation facilities; microwave, crockery and cutlery, tea and coffee facilities, toaster and bar fridge.
This is our smallest but most accessible room, located at the front of the residence and closest to the road.
It is attached to the residential house but has a separate entrance and has a parking space next the room.
There is access to a BBQ, picnic table and our tree filled rolling backyard and pond.
The Top Room accommodates 2 people.

The Red Room
The Red Room is downstairs and is our favourite room.
A studio apartment, it has a private entrance, bathroom and a lovely outlook.
It is a medium sized room, which includes a queen size bed and kitchenette.
The kitchenette has small fridge, sink, microwave, induction cooktop, toaster, crockery, cutlery and basic cooking equipment. There is a separate contemporary bathroom and 2 comfortable lounge chairs.
The room features beautiful views of our tree covered bush backyard and pond with BBQ facilities and picnic table just outside the door.
The Courtyard Room (unavailable for the foreseeable future)
The Courtyard Room is a studio apartment and our biggest room.
This studio apartment is a large bedroom/lounge room with a separate kitchenette and separate contemporary bathroom. It features a queen sized bed, ‘click clack’ sofa bed and can comfortably accommodate a couples or a young family.
The apartment has comfortable lounge chairs and a small dinning area. The separate kitchenette has a small fridge, sink, microwave, induction cooktop, toaster, crockery, cutlery and basic cooking equipment. More than enough facilities to self cater.
Outside the room is a shaded courtyard with seating and on the other side a large sunny deck and lawned area.
The COURTYARD Room is temporarilly unavailable for the foreseeable future
