Yellowtail Stay is next to Bald Hill & The Royal National Park & 5 min drive to Stanwell Park Beach, wedding venues, Tops Conference Centre & Helensburgh. The Red Room is a downstairs studio apartment. We have 2 other spaces available. Shops, train & facilities are a 5 minute drive away. It has a private, separate entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, queen.      NB. No Breakfast provided.
The space
The Red Room is one of our downstairs studio apartment. 
It is a medium sized room, which includes a queen size bed, lounge chairs and kitchenette.

The room has a separate contemporary bathroom. The room includes TV, DVD player, is fully air-conditioned and has 2 comfortable lounge chairs. Towels and bed linen are supplied. Tea and coffee facilities are also supplied.

The kitchenette has small fridge, sink, microwave, induction cooktop, toaster, crockery, cutlery and basic cooking equipment. More than enough facilities to self cater.

The room features access and beautiful views of our tree covered acreage  backyard and pond with a BBQ facilities, large sunny deck and grassed picnic table just outside the door.

Guest access
The room has an independent entrance with access to the rolling lawns of the backyard. The Red Room is located downstairs from the residence with its own private access and a large sunny deck. Outside the room is a grassed BBQ and picnic area.
Guests have access to a fully equipped laundry with a clothes dryer and ironing board.
It is one of two larger rooms are available down stairs with a smaller motel style room upstairs.

Other things to note
Prices change on weekends and during peak and shoulder holiday seasons.
We are isolated if you do not have a car. Shops, beach and station are a drive away and can not be walked. There is a take away cafe 40 metres away.
