Accommodation in the The Courtyard Room is a downstairs studio apartment with queen bed & a double sofa bed in the same room. It has a private, separate entrance, kitchenette & bathroom.

The space
The Courtyard Room is located downstairs from the residence with its own private access, a cool courtyard and a large sunny deck, a BBQ and a grassed and picnic area. This space has 3 areas; main bed/living room, kitchenette and bathroom.

This studio apartment is a large bed/lounge room with a separate kitchenette and separate modern bathroom. It features a queens sized bed, ‘click clack’ sofa bed and could accommodate up to 2 adults plus 1 or 2 children. Towels and bed linen are supplied. Tea and coffee facilities are also supplied.

The main area has the TV and DVD player. The apartment is air-conditioning with comfortable lounge chairs, and small dinning area. The kitchenette has small fridge, sink, microwave, cooktop, toaster, crockery, cutlery and basic cooking equipment. More than enough facilities to self cater.

Outside is a cool shaded courtyard area with a BBQ and a huge rolling backyard.

Guest access
The yard with a large pond and downstairs  a cool courtyard and sunny deck are available to guests as well as a parking place and laundry. There are also BBQs and picnic table area.

Other things to note
Keys can be left in a key safe to be picked up if necessary.
