The Top Room is a motel style room, attached to the house with easy access & private entrance & an ensuite. Two larger studio apartments available downstairs.
Set in bush, next to Bald Hill & The Royal National Park. A 5 min drive to Stanwell Park Beach*, Tops Centre, wedding venues & Helensburgh. Shops, train and facilities – 5 minute drive away.

This room is the closest to the road so does get some road noise in the evening and on weekend mornings.

Breakfast is not provided.

The space
The Top Room is a motel style room with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and basic food preparation facilities – microwave, tea and coffee facilities, toaster, bar fridge. It is attached to the residential house but has a separate entrance. The room is closest to the road, with some associated traffic noise. There are 2 more larger rooms available downstairs. Both of these have a kitchenette with a sink.

The room has air conditioning and a parking space next to the room.

Guest access
The room has an independent entrance with access to the rolling lawns of the backyard including BBQ and picnic area.
Guests have access to a fully equipped laundry with a clothes dryer and ironing board.
Two other larger rooms are available down stairs.

Prices change on weekends and during peak and shoulder holiday seasons.

There are numerous wedding reception venues in the area.
